Crude Oil

Start with Bonny Light crude oil (BLCO), or tell us the other grade you require. Share your refinery or procurement specification so the enquiry can be assessed against the intended use.

Volume and timing

Choose an indicative parcel size

Crude-oil enquiries are recorded in barrels. Start with the VLCC parcel, or select Others to see smaller carrier sizes for review.

VLCC · 2,000,000 barrels

A representative VLCC enquiry size. Actual cargo capacity depends on the vessel, crude density, draft and terminal limits.

Select VLCC · 2,000,000 bbl
Others

Panamax / LR1 · approximately 500,000 barrels

The form uses 500,000 barrels as a representative planning size. LR1 light-sweet-crude capacities can range approximately from 310,000 to 550,000 barrels; an individual vessel must be assessed.

Select Panamax / LR1 · 500,000 bbl

Capacity guidance: U.S. EIA tanker-size reference.

These choices record your requested parcel size only. They do not confirm supply, vessel availability, a minimum order, or a shipment commitment. Cargo size and receiving-facility suitability require manual commercial and logistics review.

Buyer questions

Define the requirement

  • Do you require Bonny Light or another named grade?
  • What quantity do you need, in barrels?
  • Which discharge port and receiving facility are proposed?
  • Is this a single shipment or a recurring requirement?

Useful details to share

Grade and assay

Identify the required grade and any assay or quality limits. A grade name alone may not capture your receiving specification.

Quantity and destination

State your quantity in barrels, destination port and shipment pattern. These details support an initial commercial assessment.

Commercial basis

Include your proposed delivery term and timing if known. Availability and shipment arrangements are confirmed during review.
