Step 1 of 5 — Organisation and authority

Step 1Organisation and authority

Identify the buying organisation and your relationship to the requirement.

Fields marked * are required.
Step 2Product and specification

Use a recognised standard, named grade or critical limits where known. Selecting a category does not represent availability.

State the destination or contract standard and the properties that matter to your operation.
Step 3Quantity and delivery

Define the receiving geography, approximate scale and requested timing. A range is acceptable.

Any Incoterm requires the correct named place or port. Final delivery terms must be confirmed in writing.
Step 4Commercial and evidence framework

Share preferences and document needs without sending confidential financial, identity or tender material.

Step 5Review and submit

Check the summary before creating the enquiry. Use Back to correct a field.
